Furthermore, minors, The person who under Conservatorship or who under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the requirement.
② The person who do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ Have Grade A, B, C or D in the "Selling" in terms of the qualification for Participating in tenders by Ministry of Defense. (Participation qualification for all ministries and agencies of Japan) in the fiscal years 2022/2023/2024
④ Participants must not be currently under suspension of tendered by contract officer, etc.
⑤ The person who can certify that they should deliver contracted amount of items which must meet requirements listed in a public announcement on procurement.
⑥ Those who have inspection equipment and personnel resources in Japan at an inspection of procurement goods conducted by a contracting officer in charge.
⑦ Not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Japanese government is continuing state concerned.
