② have Grade A, B or C in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders of the "sale of product" by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Hokkaido region in the fiscal year of 2022・2023・2024
③ have proven to have actually delivered the products concerned or to be possible to deliver the products concerned about the person who haven't actually delivered
④ have proven to be possible to deliver the products concerned quickly and certainly
⑤ not be currently under suspension of nomination by Director-General, Hokkaido Regional Development Bureau during the time of tender opening from time limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification
⑥ obtained a bid manual directly from system or the person of ordering
