| Summay of notice | ⑴ Contracting entity : FUKUHARA Tadahiko, President of The Promotion and Mutual Aid Corporation for Private Schools of Japan (referred to as PMAC) ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 76 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Printing and management of blank forms 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1, April, 2024 through 31, March, 2025 ⑸ Fulfillment place : PMAC office ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 25 and 26 of the Accounts official regulations of PMAC. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorships or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the obligating officer. ③ have the Grade A, B or C "Manufacture of product"or "Sales of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tender by every ministry and agency of Japan in the fiscal years 2024. ④ prove to have met the qualification requirements which the PMAC specify. ⑺ Time-limit of tender : 1 : 30 PM 29, November, 2023. The tender documents must reach us without fail by 5 : 00 PM 27, November, 2023.
