Attention : As the scheduled supply of de-icing agents is the expected quantity based on the past record of supplies, it does not guarantee the actual supplied amount. ⑷ Delivery period : From the next day of contract through 30 April 2019 ⑸ Delivery places : ① Hachioji Maintenance and Customer Service Center, Hachioji Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited, 287-1, Utsuki-machi, Hachioji-shi, Tokyo and other 2 places ② Otsuki Maintenance and Customer Service Center, Hachioji Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited, 223, Hanasaki, Otsuki-machi, Otsuki-shi, Yamanashi and other 4 places ③ Kofu Maintenance and Customer Service Center, Hachioji Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited, 2858, Saijyo, Showa-cho, Nakakoma-gun, Yamanashi and other 4 places ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : ① not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited regulation concerning the contract procedures ② Have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents till time-limit for tender. ・Copy of the commercial register ・The latest financial statements ・Copy of certificate of tax payment ・Document that described company career ③ Show a proof of the actual selling, manufacturing or delivering of 1,400ton/year of sodium chloride used as de-icing agents for roads on the contract from April 2013 onward ④ Have proven to be able to bring the requested Sodium Chloride to the following places, respectively, within 24hours after orders are issued ・The Sodium Chloride Warehouses of Hachioji Maintenance and Customer Service Center : total 130t ・The Sodium Chloride Warehouses of Otsuki Maintenance and Customer Service Center : total 110t ・The Sodium Chloride Warehouses of Kofu Maintenance and Customer Service Center : total 100t ⑤ Submit the Supply Planning Report which includes the following contents ・The place of production of the sodium chloride country ・The capacity of the stockyard, the address and Location map ・The delivering route, time and the number and the type of vehicle ⑥ Be registered as a reverse auction system user till 4 : 00 P.M. 5 October 2018 ⑺ Reverse Auction Bidding Period : From 1 : 30 P.M. to 2 : 00 P.M. 26 October 2018 The reverse auction bidding period may be automatically extended.
