procedures : Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposedtenders are those who :
(A1) Do not come under Article 70
of the Cabinet Order concerningthe Budget, Auditing and
Accounting. Furthermore, minors,Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance thatobtained the consent necessary for
concluding a contract may beapplicable under cases of special
reasons within the said clause.
(A2) Do not come under Article 71
of the Cabinet Order concerningthe Budget, Auditing and
Accounting.
(A3) Have Grade A, B or C "Saleof product" in terms of the
qualification for participating intenders by the Cabinet Office
(Single qualification for everyministry and agency) in the fiscal
years 2016, 2017 and 2018.
(A4) Any person who has beenregistered as a Retail Electricity
Supplier in accordance with Article
2, Section 2 of the ElectricityBusiness Act that was amended by
the Act on the Partial Revision ofthe Electricity Business Act (June
11, 2014)
(A5) The person who is not beingsuspended from Transactions by
request of the officials in chargeof contract.
(A6) Meet the standard specifiedin Public Tender Instructions from
the viewpoint of reducing carbondioxide emission.
(A7) Are not with a businesswhich has been barred from applying
for government contracts at therequest of the police authorities
on the ground that the business issubstantially controlled by an
organized crime group or a memberof an organized crime group or
operated in the similar situation.
(A8) Time and place for applyingfor qualifications for
participating in tender procedures: Application will be accepted at
the time and place as described in"Public Notice on Qualifications
for Participating in TenderProcedures" dated December 24,
2015.
