Forests are a sink of carbon dioxide, and their role is being reviewed globally in the vision for achieving the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). As one of the world's leading forest nations, Japan has made good use of its rich environment for daily life. However, in recent years, forests, which occupy 70% of the country's land, have not been sufficiently protected due to depopulation of the region and a shortage of bearers. It has been pointed out that falling down may lead to the collapse of the mountains. A chainsaw is indispensable for the maintenance of such forests. Chainsaws are used not only in forestry but also in agriculture and landscaping. We will hold a new specialized exhibition that brings together chainsaws that are active in various situations and products that can be used safely.
