From eating out / food service, hotels / accommodation to retail / cooking / wholesale, stakeholders with a high sense of purpose in high-value-added vegetables / fruits and their processed products are gathered together. It is a three-day period that connects exhibitors and visitors and supports the expansion of business in the vegetable and fruit fields and the creation of further added value.
