1. Inbound tourism to Japan to the Kansai region has achieved rapid growth in recent years. The Kansai region will lead Japan's economic revitalization toward the 2025 Osaka-Kansai World Exposition, which will come after the end of Corona. 2. New room supply in Kansai will continue to steadily advance. Demand for new rooms in Kansai will continue to grow steadily. 3. Kansai area = the most preferred area by Asian tourists. Inbound demand will recover from Asia. 4. The fact that buyers from the Kansai region visit very few large exhibitions held in the Tokyo metropolitan area. The Hotel & Restaurant Show & FOODEX JAPAN in Kansai will be a place to develop new customers in the Kansai area.
