Sweets & Bakes Asia 2021 is held alongside International Coffee & Tea Asia 2021 and Cafe Asia 2021. This unique cluster of three events will showcase raw materials such as cocoa, specialty coffee beans, and exotic tea leaves, to roasters, grinders, and intricate barista equipment, to bakery supplies, top-grade ingredients, and equipment - all serving the key facets of the cafes, coffee businesses, tea establishments, and bakeries. To add spice and variety to the mix, CEMS will also be organizing the 2nd Restaurant Asia 2021, in collaboration with the influential Restaurant Association of Singapore - all under one roof. Held over three days, the exhibitions will span 5,000 square meters of gross space, with 200 exhibitors from ASEAN and beyond. It will also expect to see 7,000 trade buyers and end-consumers through its doors, who will be able to see, smell and hold the future of sustainable F&B in their hands.
