FLAVOURS OF JAPAN: Visit the JAPAN PAVILION 2010!



The Japan External Trade Organization is proud to announce the opening of Japan Pavilion at the CRFA Show taking place on March 7 to 9 at the Direct Energy Centre in Toronto. Visit us at booth #1935.

Seven companies from Japan and Ontario are going to present authentic Japanese food, beverages, some of which are making their Canadian debut. Products on display will include authentic Japanese craft beer, Wagyu beef, green tea, soy sauce, miso, rice vinegar, Tofu-Shirataki, soy sauce flavoured fish/vegetables.

The Consulate-General of Japan in Toronto, Japanese Restaurant Association of Canada, and the following ten companies will offer food sampling sessions at the demonstration booth, which is located at the booth # 1935. Richly marbled Wagyu (Japanese beef), succulent fruits and products representing Japan's rich culinary lineage will be available to sample.

The seven companies participating in the Japan Pavilion will be:
