Updated Version of JETRO's "Laws and Regulations on Setting Up Business in Japan" Now Available
This October, JETRO published an updated version of its "Laws and Regulations on Setting up Business in Japan" booklet, based on recent changes/amendments/additions to relevant laws and regulations. The publication, targeting foreign firms interested in investing in Japan, provides information on a range of business matters, including incorporation procedures, visas and residence status and also human resource management and trademark and design protection systems.
